    Ordered x ' for £ monster energy drink' and was only sent cans instead of the i ordered. The order was placed using uber eats. When I rang I was told "we're only trained to take the number of items shown on out tablet when we collect them for the order". Even though he said the order defined each item to be ' for £'. I was told the manager wasn't there and they aren't sure how to refund me back.

    Parcel was sent here Thursday I cam to collect Friday 'machine broken' phoned up Sunday it was working again.Came down here again Monday Monday 'oh machine is broken AGAIN'Wouldn't even give this place star as when I got there place was closed (.am) and waited minutes just to be told I can't collect my parcel.Absolute joke!If I ever get my parcel I will not be returning and would never recommend going here to anyone!

    Went there to collect my eBay delivery. Naturally I was wearing a mask and observing distancing. As soon as I stepped into the store a maskless youth came and stood right next to me! This was right in front of the checkout operative, who certainly would have seen it. Yet she said/did nothing! I had to ask the youth to stand back.I can only assume that this store is not bothering with Covid precautions and would therefore suggest that would-be customers bear this in mind!
